Power Input Connector
The product CS12800RA101E/CS12800RA101P uses a wide range power input: DC 6~36V. The total power consumption is normally about 7 W. There are two types of power input interface. The power input connector is a 3 pin 3.81mm screw terminal connector, as shown in Figure 5.
Table 1 describes how to connect the power supply.

ATTENTION:
The system ground “G” has been connected to power negative “-” on board.
CAN+RS485+RS232 Connector
The RS485+RS232+CAN connector is a 16 Pin 3.81mm Screw Terminal Connector, as Figure 6 shows. As for the definition of every pin, please refer to Table 2.

GPIO Connector
This product CS12800RA101E/CS12800RA101P has a GPIO interface, as shown in figure 7. For interface definitions, please refer to Table 3.

This GPIO connector is optional. If you require one, please contact us.
All GPIO signals are isolated, and the VCC_ISO support 5V~24V input.
Capacitive Touch
The product CS12800RA101E/CS12800RA101P uses Five Point capacitive touch, as Figure 8 shows.

USB HOST Connector
The product CS12800RA101E/CS12800RA101P has three USB2.0 connectors as Figure 9 shows.

LAN Connector
The product CS12800RA101E/CS12800RA101P has one channel 100Mbit Ethernet Connector, as Figure 10 shows.

Audio Connector
The product CS12800RA101E/CS12800RA101P has one Audio Output, as Figure 11 shows. The product also has an internal 2W speaker.

TF Card
The product CS12800RA101E/CS12800RA101P has two TF (uSD) card connectors, as shown in Figure 12. The device also supports TF (uSD) cards up to 32GB.

ATTENTION:
A TF card does not come with the product.
USB OTG Connector
The product CS12800RA101E/CS12800RA101P has one USB OTG connector as Figure 13 shows. Furthermore, it works as a slave by default. The user can connect it to the host PC by this connector.

Start switch
The start switch turns the product on or off. The toggle switch can change the startup sequence. You can choose a start position with SD or eMMC. This switch is labeled SW1 on the PCB, as shown in Figure 14.

SIM Card Holder
The product CS12800RA101E/CS12800RA101P has a mini-PCIe connector inside. The customer can mount on a 4G module to it.
If the customer chooses to add the 4G module, they will need the SIM card holder, as shown in Figure 16. There is a connector on the backside of the case which can connect an external 4G Antenna, as shown in Figure 17.

ATTENTION:
This product is not mounted on with any 4G module by default.
WiFi+BT
The product CS12800RA101E/CS12800RA101P has one WiFi+BT. It uses the Realtech RTL8723 which integrates WiFi and BT, as shown in Figure 18. For CS10600RA070P, there is a connector on the backside case which can connect external WiFi/BT Antenna, as Figure 18 shows.

Measurements and Mounting
The measurement of CS12800RA101E-C111 is 245*155*11mm, as Figure 19 shows.

Mounting Method
The CS12800RA101P can be mounted by screw holes (Vesa mount), by Panel mounting. The CS12800RA101E can be mounted by Embedded mounting. Please make sure the display is not exposed to high pressure when mounting into an enclosure.
Installation Steps:
- Put the panel mount product in the cut out from the front side of the customer’s fixture, with the sides of the front bezel shown on the outside.
- Use the provided mounting kits to attach and tighten the panel mount product to the customer’s fixture as shown in the images.

Mounting Method 2 – Embedded mounting
Installation Steps:
- Put the embedded mount product in the cut out from the front or rear side of the customer’s fixture.
- Fasten it with a screw from the front side.
